我国民营企业品牌战略现状与发展途径分析
——以“王致和”品牌战略为例
摘要:随着当今世界市场经济的深入发展,企业间的竞争重心已由过去的质量、价格竞争偏向企业形象和服务水平等综合素质的竞争,品牌战略在这一竞争中起着至关重要的作用.现实说明我国大部分民营企业对品牌战略有着严重的认知不足,但令人欣慰的是,也有一些企业通过走品牌战略这条道路谋求了广阔的发展前景.“北京王致和食品集团有限公司”就是一个很好的例子.所以本文以“王致和”为例,通过对其品牌战略的分析,总结经验教训、并提出完善品牌战略的重要途径.

Analysis of current branding strategies and approaches of China's privately owned enterprises
-Based on the branding strategy of "Wangzhihe"
Summary:accompanied with the further development of today's world economy,the focus of enterprise competition has shifted from quality and price competition in the past to competitions in company's image,service level,and other relevant considerations of which branding strategy can play a critical role.The reality shows that a large number of privately owned enterprises are severely lacking of understandings for branding strategy,however,what is comforting to notice is that there are also some enterprises who built bright futures for further development through branding strategy."Beijing Wangzhihe Gourmet Food group limited company" is an excellent example.This article uses "Wangzhihe" as an example,through analysis of other brands,summarizes lessons learned,and presents approaches in developing a comprehensive branding strategy.

Abstract
In the world today,with the further development of the market economy,the quality and price competition among the enterprises are under-developed,instead,the enterprises' comprehensive qualities like the images and service level gradually become the competition spots,and the brand strategy is making a big difference in these competition.Concluding from the reality,most of the chinese private enterprises are lack of the perception towards the brand strategy,however,the good news is that some enterprises find the vast potential for future development by putting the brand strategy into practice,and the Beijing Wangzhihe food Holdings Limited is a good example.By taking the Wangzhihe for example as well as analyzing its brand strategy,the paper sums up experience and lessons,besides,important ways of completing the brand strategy are put forward in the paper as well.
