摘要：在断路器状态监测过程中,为了保存大量的断路器运行状态数据.本文提出了一种基于SD卡的大容量存储系统,该存储系统以DSP28335为核心控制器,采用SPI模式连接DSP与SD卡,通过自带FAT32文件系统的专用芯片CH376操作SD卡读写,最后,经由上位机直接对卡内数据分析处理.本文选用SD卡容量为8GB,经实验验证,卡内所存数据与实测数据相一致.本文所设计的存储系统,在断路器状态监测过程中具有容量大、可靠性高、和数据处理方便等优点,有较高的实用价值.

Abstract
In order to keep a lot of running state data of a circuit breaker during the process of monitering condition,this paper proposes a large-capacity storage system based on SD card.The system takes DSP28335 as its core controller,and SPI mode to link to DSP card and SD card; it also controls SD card to read and write by using CH376,a special chip that belongs to FAT32 file system.Finally,it analizes and processes card data through the host computer.This paper adopts 8 GB SD card in which,the data is in line with measured data,a fact that has been proved by our experiment.The storage system in this paper has pretty good practical value,given its large capacity,high reliability and easy data processing during condition monitering by a circuit breaker.

Abstract: In monitoring the status of the disconnector, the paper comes up with a large capacity storage system based on SD card in order to save a great quantity of operating data of the disconnector. The system has DSP28335 as its core controller, adopting the SPI model to connect the DSP card and SD card and read-write by operating of the SD card through CH376 which is the specialized chip of the bringing FAT32 file system. Lastly , the data in the card is to be analysed directly by the upper computer. the capacity of SD card in the paper is 8 GB, being tested by experiments, the data saved in card is consistent with the data of actual measurement. The storage system designed in the paper has advantages of large-capacity, high-reliability, convinient data-processing and good practical values in the process of monitoring the status of disconnector.
