摘 要 ：
我国的债券市场从无到有,从起步到发展,已经走过了多年的艰辛路程.现在,我国已经基形成了一个 统一、多层次、面向各类经济主体的具有中国特色的债券市场框架,银行间、柜台和交易所三个债券子市场各有侧重、相互连通和互动.
债券的种类名目繁多,按不同的标准可划分出许多类别的债券.按发行主体可分为：1.政府债券； 2.金融债券； 3.公司债券； 4.国际债券.我们主要分析我国的政府债券,金融债券和公司债券的发展过程.从债券市场机制和框架形成角度,对我国债券市场多年的发展轨迹进行全面回顾和分析,总结我国债券市场发展的经验和教训.在此基础上,对我国债券市场未来的进一步发展提出若干的建议.
