What makes people increasingly stressful?
Nowadays,we keep asking ourselves onequestion,“What makes us more and more stressful?” I recalled my memories,consultedothers and then I got a conclusion to write this essay.
First,competition plays the main role.Peoplebegin it as school girls or boys.I don’t remember a hearty smile of mine afterentering school.After school,we face even more fierce social competition.
Second,we face the trouble of socialrelations,family relations,etc.We have to take part in everything,put moneyand efforts and often only get disappoint in return.And still must we carrythem on.
Third,we use too many modern things suchas TV,cell phones which actually occupy much time,so we don’t have time toget enough rest or exercise,resulting in body alarm signals and mental stress.
Therefore,we should get started to correctthese mentioned above.
