(这段可以不看：首先,which是代词,where是副词,这两个的区别你知道吗?代词就是相当于一个名词,可以当主语或宾语,而副词是句子的修饰部分,可有可无,不影响句子的完整性.）
我们先提取主干：the company is near my house.
其中i have worked for a long time 是对company 的描述,这半句里的for a long time又是对work 的修饰,所以可以先“切”去
就变成了i have worked.
我们把where 或 which 放到后面看看：
1、I have worked where.(副词where修饰了have worked,是说在哪儿“work”,对!）
2、I have worked which.（我们知道work是个不及物动词,不能直接跟一个代词的,所以不能用which）如果一定要用which,就要用介词in（在公司里)加在which 前面
