We have so many presentations during this semester.Thanks goodness we only have one final presentation in English2.That is what I was thinking when I check the schedule of text.As the opinion of many students ,we don´t like presentation cause during the that time,nervous,upset ,come to our mind.Especially for those students who speak English as the second language.Issue of language can be seen as another makes us feel ”nervous” problem.You know double ”nervous”during the presentation makes us so uncomfortable.
But now when I suffered this semester.I thought that we have to get used to do that .Every day we face many interviews and presentations which we can´t miss and avoid.So we have to used to do it .I use this poster presentation as my typical instance ,that I have learned from:
How to be a successful negotiator such as what kind of tone we should use and what kinds of question should be used by using Funnel Question way to select it.And in some suitable situation use silence to show I am listening and emphasise my ideas properly.
And we should control the conversation by using:
Don’t be afraid to interrupt and ask if I am not sure about something
Use special phrases to make people slow down and to clarify understanding
and other aspect which can´t be listed because the volume of this essay just can be arranged one page only 
The final question is How do I personally need to develop?
The key point which I should be cope with is how to increase my confidence during the interview and presentation .Obviously prepared sufficiently and knowledge accumulation during everydays work and study is the main way I should use
