Accompany with a social development,gradually raising of citizen's consciousness,people have already awoke from the appearance of being disgusted with of ancient times Song disgrace Song and started using legal action to protect his/her own legal rights.People more and more focuse vision in recent years in pass a litigation method to attain equilibrium both parties with the forcible step of court the purpose of benefits conflict.The litigation method is the most direct way,but it not and bestly settles dispute of way.But this text then in elaborating the foundation of our country litigation advantage,objective of analytical existent problem,and aim at this treatise should get away from a single dispute solution method,adopt various vivid diversely non- litigation the dispute solve a way to attain judicial of the biggest value.The writer emphasized to put forward his/her own viewpoint to how the our country set up ADR and hoped finally for set up the harmonious society of democracy rule of law to do an oneself's some contribution.

摘要
随着社会的发展和公民意识的日趋渐升,人们从古时那令人憎恶的宋朝欺压宋朝（这里实在是不知道Song disgrace Song是什么意思）中觉醒了.他们开始运用法律的途径来保护自己的合法权益.近几年来,越来越多的人把目光投放在通过诉讼的方式,法院强有力的体制,来平衡有利益冲突的双方关系.诉讼是最直接的解决争端的方式,但却不是最好的.本文在我国诉讼优势,分析存在问题和条约应跳出单一的争端解决方式,采用多种非诉讼方式解决以发挥法院的最大价值性上进行了详细说明.笔者在如何在我国建立ADR（不知道ADR什么意思,应该是法律术语）和最终如何建立和谐社会民主法治中说出了他/她的观点,并在此方面上做出了贡献.
