其实楼主对英语有一些误解，觉得只要解释得通就可以。但是英语和汉语一样，也有很丰富的表达方式，不一定只用一个词来表达类似意思。I can‘t tell 和I don't know虽然差不多，但毕竟在语意和口气上还是有区别的。I can’t tell 我看不出来，我不能断定 和 I don't knbow 我不知道 之间的区别，楼主自己磋磨一下吧。
